Powerful yet silky on entry. Sweet but incredibly fresh, not cloying. Ripe black fruit mingling with fresh wild strawberries and ripe loquat; notes of violets, dried apricot, and peach, with hints of white chocolate, cinnamon, incense, and campfire smoke. Very spicy. A long-lasting finish.

Illustration by Oriol Malet. This wine’s representation is akin to a liquor-filled chocolate that, when bitten into, reveals its fresh, intense, and sublimely delicate essence. The label captivates with a vibrant red rose or poppy standing out against a velvety white backdrop. The poppy, with its fleeting beauty, conveys not only the wine’s intensity and elegance but also its complexity: the freshness of a morning breeze, the sweetness reminiscent of ripe fruit, and the depth of spicy notes. This image pays homage to the harmony and sensitivity with which Red Grenache and Carignan intertwine, creating a floral symphony that caresses the senses and evokes captivating landscapes.

PAIRING
Coca i Fitó Dolç is a symphony of flavors and aromas that harmoniously blend, transporting you to a unique sensory landscape. This late-harvest sweet wine, with its spicy undertones, evokes the same complexity and depth as Nightingale by Lo Mimieux. The delicate composition and captivating melodies of Lo Mimieux resonate with the silky texture and smooth entry of the wine, enhancing the natural charm of Red Grenache and Carignan.
The light and intoxicating notes of Nightingale evoke the aromas of wild strawberries, ripe cherries, and violets in the wine. As the song develops, one can imagine tasting the ripe black fruit, strawberry, loquat, and hints of apricot and dried peach, culminating in a long and memorable finish.
Through these musical pairings, the notes of both wine and music combine, creating a sensory journey that not only satisfies the palate but also touches the soul.
